钕钇铝石榴红激光简称Nd—YAG激光。本文在100多例支气管镜Nd—YAG激光治疗基础上,对其操作要点、併发症及应采取的安全措施加以阐述。 Nd-YAG激光在支气管病学上的应用,1980年始于欧洲,凭借可弯曲的石英纤维的传递;其组织穿透力强于二氧化碳、氩激光;对组织的有效凝固及对0.5cm以下直径血管的止血效果均较可靠。根据病情可选用不同的内窥镜,对气管、主支气管内较大的阻塞性良、恶性病变,用开放的硬质支气管镜即能很好观
