心导纳法检测心功优于阻抗法。本文用心导纳法对50例冠心病心绞痛患者的左心功能进行检测,并与40例健康人作对照研究。心绞痛患者50例(男30、女20,年龄平均51.3±3.8岁),健康组40人(男女各20,年龄53.8±2.3岁)。检测用 WSY-4B 多导生理仪配导纳插件,同步记录心电、心音及导纳微分图,纸速50mm/s,测量并计算:1.左心排血功能指标:SV、SI、CO 和 CI;2.收缩波形指数:hB/dy/dt(max)、hx/dy/dt(max)、T_0/KVET、T_(1/2)/LVET;3.舒张波形指数:hA/dy/dt(max)和 hO/dy/dt(max)。检测结果为心绞痛组的左心排血功能四项指标明显低于健康组(P<0.01),其中,缺血部位在广泛前壁和前壁+下壁者显著低于下壁组(P<0.01);收缩和舒张六项波形指数在心绞痛组中显著增高(P<0.01),其中以广泛前
Heart admittance method to detect heart function superior to impedance method. In this paper, cardiac admittance method of 50 patients with coronary heart disease in patients with left ventricular function tests, and 40 healthy people as a control study. 50 cases of angina patients (male 30, female 20, average age 51.3 ± 3.8 years), health group 40 (20 males and 20 females, age 53.8 ± 2.3 years). Detection with WSY-4B multi-channel physiological instrument with admittance plug-in, simultaneous recording of ECG, heart sounds and admittance differential maps, paper speed 50mm / s, measured and calculated: 1. Left ventricular function indicators: SV, SI, CO And CI; 2. Contraction waveform index: hB / dy / dt max, hx / dy / dt max, T_0 / KVET, T 1/2 / LVET; 3. Diastolic waveform index: hA / dy / dt (max) and hO / dy / dt (max). The results showed that the four indexes of left ventricular ejection function in angina group were significantly lower than those in healthy group (P <0.01), and the ischemic sites were significantly lower in the anterior wall and anterior wall than in the inferior wall group (P < 0.01). The six indexes of contraction and relaxation in the angina group were significantly higher (P <0.01)
