本文介绍一种夹芯复合保温混凝土砖,它在生产成型过程中就实现混凝土多孔砖与EPS保温板的复合成型。通过EPS保温板与混凝土块体之间的燕尾连接、以及内部设置钢丝连接,使砖块的承重部分、保温材料、保护层部分三者能牢固地结合。对砌筑使用时采用带有灰缝阻热条的混凝土保温砖墙体、不带灰缝阻热条的混凝土保温砖墙体,分别进行热工检测性试验,前者的传热系数比后者要低45%,可以满足山东省建筑节能65%的要求。
This article describes a sandwich composite insulation concrete brick, which in the production process of forming concrete perforated brick and EPS insulation board composite molding. Through the dovetail connection between the EPS insulation board and the concrete block, and the internal connection of the steel wire, the load-bearing part, the thermal insulation material and the protective layer part of the brick can be firmly combined. For masonry use, the concrete thermal insulation brick wall with gray seam resistance hot strip and the concrete thermal insulation brick wall without thermal resistance crack of gray seam are respectively used for the thermal testing test. The heat transfer coefficient of the former is higher than that of the latter 45% lower, to meet the 65% building energy efficiency requirements of Shandong Province.
