目的:研究自然分娩与剖宫产对正常新生儿和窒息新生儿脑血流指数的影响。方法:应用彩色多普勒超声,分别在产后1小时和48~72小时,测量正常新生儿和窒息新生儿脑动脉血流指数并进行比较。结果:二组产后1小时正常新生儿脑动脉血流指数有差别(P<0.01),窒息新生儿脑动脉血流指数无差别(P>0.01);二组产后48~72小时正常与窒息新生儿脑动脉血流指数比较均无差别,P>0.01。结论:分娩方式对正常新生儿脑动脉血流指数有短暂的生理性差别,但对窒息新生儿脑动脉血流指数无影响。
Objective: To study the effects of spontaneous labor and cesarean section on cerebral blood flow index in normal newborns and asphyxiated newborns. Methods: The color Doppler echocardiography was used to measure the cerebral blood flow index in normal neonates and neonates with asphyxia at 1 hour and 48 ~ 72 hours after delivery respectively. Results: There was a significant difference in cerebral arterial blood flow index (P <0.01) between normal newborns and normal newborn asphyxia neonates at 1h postpartum in both groups (P> 0.01) Cerebral artery flow index were no difference, P> 0.01. Conclusion: There is a brief physiological difference in mode of delivery between normal neonates with cerebral arterial flow index, but no effect on cerebral arterial flow index in asphyxiated neonates.
