农业是我国的重要发展对象,而在农业的发展过程当中对于小型农田的水利工程建设是十分重要的一个部分。建好农田的水利工程就是间接的带动了农业的发展,所以水利工程一直被有关部门所重视。但在实际建设中,小型农田工程的建设与管理总是不能平稳有效地推进,这给国家的粮食安全带来了威胁。怎样加强小型农田水利工程建设和管理成了有关部门必须要解决的问题。
Agriculture is an important development object of our country, and it is a very important part in the development of agriculture for the construction of water conservancy projects of small-scale farmland. The construction of farmland water conservancy projects is an indirect impetus to the development of agriculture, so water conservancy projects have been valued by the relevant departments. However, in actual construction, the construction and management of small-scale farmland projects can not always be promoted smoothly and effectively, which poses a threat to the food security of the country.
