我是长春市十一中学校长兼党总支书记,1996年被选为长春市宽城区人大代表,1998年由于十一中异地新建校舍,我又被选为绿园区人大代表。作为基层单位主要负责人的人大代表,我除认真完成本职工作以外,还自觉提高自身素质,积极履行代表职责,努力做人民群众的贴心人。几年代表工作的实践使我懂得,能否履行好代表职责,取决于人大代表自身政治业务水平的高低。而政治业务素质体现在自身是否具有强烈的代表意识和较高的法律水平及参政议政能力。做一名合格的人大代表,必须通过学习,充分认识人民代表大会及代表的性质、地位、作用,必须在学法、执法、守法方面起模范带头作用。为此我十分注重自身学习,坚持在反复学
I am the principal and Party branch secretary of 11 Middle School in Changchun City. In 1996, I was elected as a representative of Kuancheng District People’s Congress in Changchun City. In 1998, as a result of the eleven new establishments in different places, I was elected as Lvyuan District People’s Congress Representative.
