为研究氟对大鼠大脑皮层神经细胞的 DNA损伤作用及硒、锌单独及联合作用对其的影响 ,对大鼠体外染毒后采用单细胞凝胶电泳技术检测 DNA单链断裂。结果显示单独加氟、硒组 DNA损伤程度显著大于对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ,且氟的影响更为严重 ,氟硒组和氟锌组 DNA损伤程度小于氟组 ,但差异无显著性意义 ,氟硒锌组 DNA损伤程度显著低于氟组 (P<0 .0 5 )。提示氟、硒单独作用均造成大脑皮层神经细胞 DNA损伤 ,硒锌联合可明显拮抗氟对 DNA的损伤作用。
In order to study the effects of fluoride on DNA damage in rat cerebral cortical neurons and the effects of selenium and zinc alone and in combination, the single-stranded DNA gel electrophoresis was used to detect DNA single-strand breaks in rats. The results showed that the DNA damage in fluoride and selenium alone group was significantly greater than that in control group (P <0.01), and the effect of fluoride was more serious. DNA damage in fluorine-selenium group and fluorine-zinc group was less than that in fluoride group, but there was no significant difference In the sense of sex, the DNA damage in F-Selenium group was significantly lower than that in Fluoride group (P <0.05). Tip fluorine and selenium alone caused by cerebral cortex nerve cell DNA damage, selenium and zinc can significantly antagonize the fluorine damage to DNA.
