为提高水田机械除草作业质量,以株间立式除草装置为研究载体,阐述其主要结构及工作原理,分析压埋式除草机理,建立除草动力学模型。分析可知,除草质量随除草作用力增加而增加,随受力点高度增加而降低。在此基础上,基于稻田种植实际环境,运用现代测试技术,设计搭建一种除草力学测定系统试验台,测定分析不同工作参数下除草作用力。以机具前进速度、除草弹齿转速及弹齿入土深度为试验因素,除草作用力为试验指标,进行单因素试验,研究各因素对除草作用力影响规律。结果表明,除草作用力随机具前进速度和弹齿入土深度增加而增大;弹齿转速对除草作用力影响最显著,弹齿转速95~135 r·min-1时,除草作用力随弹齿转速增加呈近似线性趋势增大。
In order to improve the quality of mechanical weeding in paddy fields, the vertical weeding device was used as the research carrier, the main structure and working principle were described, the buried weeding mechanism was analyzed, and the weed dynamics model was established. Analysis shows that weeding quality increases with the weeding force increases, with the force point height decreases. On this basis, based on the actual environment of paddy field planting, modern test technology was used to design a test stand of weeding mechanical measurement system, and the herbicidal force was measured and analyzed under different working parameters. Taking the speed of the machine, the speed of the weeding tooth and the depth of the spring tooth as the test factors, weeding force as the test index, the single factor test to study the influence of various factors on the weeding force. The results showed that the herbicidal force increased with the advancing speed and the depth of entering the soil. The effect of spring speed on the weeding force was the most significant. When the spring tooth speed was 95-135 r · min-1, The increase in speed is approximately linear trend increases.
