床温是增压流化床(PFB)的关键参数,而接触式测量温度是比较可靠的方法。接触式离不开热电偶,它的测温范围不成问题,关键是其外保护套管的使用寿命。用热电偶测量增压流化床内温度时,对套管的要求较高: ①耐高温(1000~1100℃),承受压力达7kgf/cm~2。 ②抗腐蚀,因为燃煤介质中含有SO_2、SO_3、Na_2O、K_2O等腐蚀性气体。 ③耐磨损,因为床料粒径为0~6mm的气固两相流,以大于1m/s的流化速度频繁冲蚀着套管的外表面。
