目的探讨小切口白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶体(IOL)植入术治疗晶体溶解性青光眼的临床疗效。方法对27例晶体溶解性青光眼患者行小切口白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶体植入术,观察术中、术后并发症及术后眼压和视力。结果所有患者手术顺利,无明显的术中、术后并发症;随访中25例(92.59%)眼压控制,2例(7.41%)眼压偏高,行小梁切除联合虹膜周切术后眼压正常;18例(66.67%)术后最佳矫正视力(BCVA)≥0.3。结论小切口白内障囊外摘除联合IOL植入术治疗晶体溶解性青光眼安全、有效,是基层医院治疗晶体溶解性青光眼的较好方法 。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of small incision extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens (IOL) implantation in the treatment of crystal dissolve glaucoma. Methods Twenty-seven patients with crystalline dissolved glaucoma underwent small incision extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation. Intraoperative and postoperative complications and postoperative IOP and visual acuity were observed. Results All the patients were operated smoothly with no intraoperative and postoperative complications. Twenty-five patients (92.59%) underwent intraocular pressure follow-up and two patients (7.41%) had high intraocular pressure at follow-up. Trabeculectomy combined with iris circumcision The intraocular pressure was normal; 18 cases (66.67%) best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) ≥0.3. Conclusion Small incision extracapsular cataract extraction combined with IOL implantation is a safe and effective method for the treatment of crystal dissolving glaucoma. It is a good way to treat crystal dissolving glaucoma in the primary hospital.
