孕妇,特别是接近预产期的孕妇,如果在车间里工作,突然腹痛加剧而要分娩时,由于各种条件的限制,易发生产道裂伤、产后出血、产褥感染等并发症。对于胎儿来说,娩出后容易发生头部血肿、颅内出血、窒息、脐带断裂或破伤风等严重疾病.甚至危及生命。所以,如情况允许,应一方面作好胎儿随时娩出的准备,一方面护送到医院分娩为妥。但是,如情况紧急,来不及转送,应因地制宜,就地取材,尽量做好接生工作,尤其要注意以下各点:
