采用液相色谱串联质谱法测定了氟啶脲在韭菜(露天)和韭菜(保护地)中的残留消解动态和最终残留量。本方法的回收率为77.5%~107.8%,相对标准偏差为12.0%~13.6%,样品的最小检出浓度为0.01mg/kg。结果表明:氟啶脲在韭菜上的半衰期分别为:6.1d(露天)和20.6d(保护地)。所测得的韭菜样品中氟啶脲的最终残留量的最大值为0.071mg/kg(保护地)和0.57mg/kg(露天)。
Liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry was used to determine the residual dynamics and final residues of chlorfluazuron in Chinese chives (open-air) and Chinese chives (protected areas). The recoveries of this method ranged from 77.5% to 107.8% with relative standard deviations of 12.0% to 13.6%. The minimum detectable concentration was 0.01 mg / kg. The results showed that the half-lives of chlorfluazuron in Chinese chives were 6.1 d (open air) and 20.6 d (protective land), respectively. The measured maximum residue concentration of chlorfluazuron in Chinese chive samples was 0.071 mg / kg (protected site) and 0.57 mg / kg (open field).
