本文对白内障现代囊外摘除伴后房型人工晶体植入术４２例（４２眼）的眼压及Ｃ直进行观察。发现术后第１天眼压较术前明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０５），第七天眼压下降，与术前比交已无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。术后第七天Ｃ值较术前略有下降，但无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。表明人工晶体植入术对术后的眼压及Ｃ值的影响是暂时的。并对术后高眼压发生的几制进行了探讨。另外，本文还对术中应用两种粘弹性物质──１％Ｈｅａｌｏｎ及２％ＨＰＭＣ对术后眼压及Ｃ值的影响进行了比较。
In this paper, 42 cases (42 eyes) underwent extracapsular cataract extraction combined with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation were observed intraocular pressure and C straight. The intraocular pressure (IOP) of the first day after operation was significantly higher than that before operation (P <0.05). The intraocular pressure decreased on the seventh day after operation. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). On the seventh postoperative day, the C value decreased slightly compared with that before operation, but no significant difference (P> 0.05). The results showed that the effect of intraocular lens implantation on postoperative intraocular pressure and C value was temporary. The occurrence of postoperative IOP was discussed. In addition, this article also on the application of two kinds of viscoelastic material - 1% Healon and 2% HPMC postoperative IOP and C values were compared.
