本文首先阐述了桥式起重机理想和非理想的运行情况,产生不理想运行情况的各个因素——称之为偏差值.提出非理想运行的四种情况,认为单走轮啃道运行为最不利情况.并从运动学进一步分析了此种歪斜运行情况的特性,求出滑动率,滑动摩擦系数,滑动极点和极距,导出集中驱动和分别驱动的侧向力计算公式.文中还讨论了侧向力计算式的几个问题,指出:分别驱动桥式起重机的运行特性较集中驱动优越,产生的水平侧向力较集中驱动要小40~50%左右.桥式起重机应广泛采用分别驱动装置.文中最后对在5~t-16.5~M桥式起重机上试验测定的侧向力数据与计算值进行了比较.实测值均较计算值为大.根据对这台起重机的实测数据和我国实际使用的损坏情况,以及西德DIN15018和Hannover的实测值的综合分析,可以初步认为:从定性上看,我国现行对侧向力的取值是偏小的,须进一步研究和修订.
