目前测定空气中甲醛的比色法存在显色慢和稳定性差的缺点。本文报道流动注射法测定空气中甲醛,根据是:甲醛与副品红和亚硫酸钠溶液在流动管道中反应,反应液通过分光光度检测器,在570 nm波长处有最大吸收,吸收峰的大小与甲醛浓度呈线性关系。本法灵敏、准确、快速、所需样品量小。仪器 FLA star 5020型流动注射分析仪。此仪器装备有可变体积注射器阀、两个四通蠕动泵、FLAstar 5023型分光光度检测器、FLA star 5022型记录仪、18μl玻璃流动池(长度为10 mm)。
At present, the colorimetric method for the determination of formaldehyde in the air has the disadvantages of slow color development and poor stability. This article reports the determination of formaldehyde in the air by flow injection. The reaction is based on the reaction of formaldehyde with para-magenta and sodium sulfite in a flowing tube. The reaction solution passes through a spectrophotometric detector and has a maximum absorption at 570 nm. The absorption peak corresponds to formaldehyde The concentration is linear.
