目的：探讨健康教育在尿毒症行血液透析患者并发消化道出血护理中的应用。方法对15例有完整资料的尿毒症住院患者进行个性化的健康教育，总结有效的护理经验。结果15例尿毒症行血液透析患者并发消化道出血患者，其中12例痊愈出院，2例转院进一步治疗，1例抢救无效死亡。结论系统的个性化健康教育对患者的康复，取得了比较满意的效果。“,”To explore the nursing methods of vacuum sealing drainage in treating traumatic infection.Methods based on21cases of traumatic infection patients with VSD continuous negative pressure suction after treatment and clinical observation of the postoperative fol ow-up,to summarize the nursing measures.Results In 21 patients after curative effect satisfaction,lesions fol owing removal of the growth of granulation tissue,skin graft or skin board transposition to repair after healed.Conclusion Continuous negative pressure drainage technology in clinical application,easy operation,obvious curative effect,can reduce the economic burden of patients with mentai stress,etc,but also reduces the amount of clinical nursing work.
