翻转课堂教学模式的应用最近几年已经成为国内教育行业的热点问题,关于翻转课堂模式的理论研究与实证研究也越来越多。本文结合高校酒店管理专业学生特点,根据翻转课堂教学模式的理念,对翻转课堂教学模式在高校酒店管理专科专业方面的应用进行了可行性分析,认为要实施翻转课堂教学方法,学校方面需要解决的是多媒体技术等基础设施方面的问题,教师方面需要对备课时间、内容、技术方面进行多方面论证,学生方面需要加强学生自我管理能力以及整体学习能力的管理,必须将课下教师备课、学生自学与课堂之上学生提问、教师解惑相结合。
