毛果芸香碱短期应用引起视网膜脱离为少见。现报道一例: 病史摘要 胡某,男,22岁。左眼胀痛3天,发病前一天晚上曾有饮酒,疲劳过度及失眠。患者于11年前因左眼纯挫伤致外伤性白内障行手术摘除。右眼视力1.5,左眼视力手动/30cm,左眼球结膜充血,角膜轻度混浊,瞳孔散大约5mm,光反射消失,晶体部分囊膜残留,玻璃体液化,眼前朦胧可见视乳头色红、右眼眼压2.74KPa(20.55mmHg),左眼3.88KPa(28.97mmHg)、拟以左眼继发性青光眼和左眼后发性白内障治疗,给1%毛果芸香碱,每日3次及静推高渗糖等治疗.2天后患者自觉左眼前有黑影飘动,眼
