以高氯酸水溶液(pH=2.0)作流动相,以CrownpakCR(+)柱分离;UV200nm检测,测定D(-)苯甘氨酸手性含量。在一定范围内,其峰面积与浓度呈现良好的线性关系。相关系数为0.9994,标准回收率在99.0%～100.5%。
Aqueous solutions of perchloric acid (pH = 2.0) were used as mobile phases and separated on a Crownpak CR (+) column. UV200 nm detection was performed to determine the chiral content of D (-) phenylglycine. Within a certain range, the peak area and concentration showed a good linear relationship. The correlation coefficient was 0.9994 and the standard recovery was between 99.0% and 100.5%.
