根据一九八○年三月底在邯郸市召开的小型制氧机专业会议(由一机部通用机械总局委托空分设备行业技术合作委员会办事处主持)精神,为改变我国小型制氧机比较落后的面貌,在行业办事处的具体领导下,于四月下旬组成了空分行业小型制氧机联合设计组,四川空分设备厂为牵头单位,参加的有哈尔滨制氧机厂、邯郸制氧机厂、江西制氧机厂、吴县制氧机厂、开封空分设备厂、自贡机械一厂、四川空分设备厂、杭州制氧机研究所、杭州制氧机厂等九个单位、共14人。西安交通大学低温技术教研室曾派老师到联合设计组指导工作。

Xi’an Jiaotong University’s Cryogenic Technical Teaching Office sent teachers to the joint design team to guide their work.
