试验研究不同浓度6-卞氨基嘌呤(6-BA)与多效唑(MET)对水稻实生苗不定芽诱导的影响。结果表明:(1)6-BA可明显促进不定芽的形成;(2)单独使用MET不能诱导不定芽的形成,但与6-BA配合使用可明显提高水稻不定芽的诱导率,这种促进作用对于粳稻尤为明显;(3)籼、粳稻对激素的反应不同。籼稻对激素较为敏感,较低浓度的6-BA与MET配合使用即能诱导实生苗产生不定芽,而粳稻则对激素比较钝感,需要较高浓度的6-BA与MrL配合使用才能诱导产生不定芽;(4)6-BA与MET配合使用同样能诱导籼、粳稻杂种F_2实生苗高频率地产生不定芽
The effects of different concentrations of 6-BA and MET on the induction of adventitious buds of rice seedlings were studied.
