本文介绍的911混凝土结构外防水涂料是一种以聚氨酯和环氧树脂共聚而成的新型材料,其主要成份为环氧树脂和聚氨酯预聚体等。该材料既有环氧树脂的强度高、粘结力强、耐湿热、耐磨、耐腐蚀性好的性能,又有聚氯酯的延伸性能好、防水性能好的特点,并对混凝土具有一定的渗透能力。该涂料施工工艺方便简单、毒性小,是一种良好的防水材料,且已应用于吴泾热电厂排水隧道和吴泾自来水厂等山墙外防水工程,以及试用于上海合流污水治理工程的管片外防水。由于其价格便宜、性能良好,具有较明显的社会效益和经济效益,可以推广应用于地下工程的衬砌结构和房屋外墙防水工程。
