报告用脉图法和阻抗技术测量96例高血压患者的动脉顺应性.介绍了零压动脉顺应性(C_0)关系式的求导。结果显示随着高血压病情的发展心每搏输出量下降,总血管周围阻力增高以及动脉顺应性衰退。
The report measured arterial compliance in 96 hypertensive patients using pulse graphs and impedance techniques. The derivation of zero pressure arterial compliance (C_0) was introduced. The results showed a decrease in cardiac output, an increase in total perivascular resistance, and a decrease in arterial compliance with the development of hypertension.
