自我同一性扩散是当代大学生心理问题的重要原因之一。当代大学生自我同一性扩散的表现主要有缺乏自我认知,没有形成统一和连贯的自我意识;缺乏对环境和社会的认识,价值判断混乱;缺乏解决各种矛盾和适应环境的能力等。大学生同一性扩散主要源于大学生自身、社会环境、家庭与学校教育等三个方面的原因。预防和解决大学生自我同一性扩散的策略在于加强引导,促进大学生自我意识的发展;拓展途径,帮助大学生正确认识环境和社会;注重实践,帮助大学生调整自我与环境的矛盾,积极适应社会。
The proliferation of self-identity is one of the important reasons for contemporary college students’ psychological problems. The manifestations of contemporary college students’ self-identity diffusion mainly include lack of self-awareness, lack of unity and coherence of self-awareness, lack of understanding of the environment and society, confusion of value judgments, lack of ability to solve various conflicts and adapt to the environment. The proliferation of the identity of college students mainly comes from three aspects: the students themselves, the social environment, family and school education. The strategy of preventing and resolving the diffusion of self-identity among undergraduates lies in strengthening guidance and promoting the development of self-awareness of undergraduates; expanding the ways to help college students to correctly understand the environment and society; paying attention to practice, helping students adapt themselves to the contradictions of the environment and actively adapt to the society.
