10只家兔随机分成两组,重感染组每只感染日本血吸虫尾蚴1200条,轻感染组感染日本血吸虫尾蚴200条,观察两组家兔血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)、5-羟吲哚乙酸(5-HIAA)同抗体的关系。发现:感染后第15d 两组家兔血清5-HT 含量均增高,且抗体高的重感染组5-HT 增高更多;5-HIAA 亦随抗体增高而升高,感染后第15d、第30d 重感染组比轻感染组更明显。结果表明:血吸虫病兔免疫反应可影响血清5-HT、5-HIAA 含量。血清5-HT、5-HIAA 同抗体含量具一定相关性。
Ten rabbits were randomly divided into two groups. In infected group, 1200 cercariae of Schistosoma japonicum were infected with each group, 200 cercariae of Schistosoma japonicum were infected with light infection group. Serum 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT), 5- Relationship between Diacetic Acid (5-HIAA) and Antibodies. The results showed that the 5-HT levels of rabbits in both groups increased at the 15th day after infection and the 5-HT levels were higher in the severe infection group. The 5-HIAA level increased with the increase of the antibody level. After 15 days, Severe infection than light infection group more obvious. The results showed that the immune response of schistosomiasis rabbits could affect the content of 5-HT and 5-HIAA in serum. Serum 5-HT, 5-HIAA with a certain correlation between antibody content.
