湘潭县农行花石营业所,现有干部职工21人。1996年末,该所各项存款余额4510万元,各项贷款余额2114万元,其中正常贷款2041万元,占总额的96.55％;两呆贷款73万元(均为1986年以前形成),点总额的3.45％。全年实收利息267万元,利息收回率达100％,实现盈利37万元。今年来,这个所存款比年初净增555万元,贷款累放328万元,累收328万元,在没有新增贷款的情况下,通过收旧贷新,支持了乡镇
