教学反思是教师自主成长的核心因素和动力源泉;教学反思能力的核心是元认知能力。中学语文教师的教学反思能力是指顺利完成中学语文教育教学活动所必须具备的反思性心理特征。笔者认为培养中学语文教师教学反思能力的有效方法是提高理论素养、实施反思行动、养成反思习惯,对于如何实施反思行动,笔者提出了坚持开展行动研究、开展自我评价、参加互动研讨、学用认知理论、增强自控能力、批注阅读书籍、进行反思总结、记录教学反思、教后再次备课、撰写教学札记、写作教学论文、学习反思榜样等12项策略。
Teaching introspection is the core factor and source of self-growth of teachers; the core of teaching reflective ability is metacognitive ability. Teaching ability of middle school Chinese teachers refers to the reflexive psychological characteristics that must be fulfilled in successfully completing the Chinese education and teaching activities in middle schools. The author thinks that the effective ways to cultivate the ability of middle school Chinese teachers in teaching reflection are to improve the theoretical accomplishment, to carry out the reflection action and develop the habit of reflection. For how to carry out the reflection action, the author puts forward the persistence in carrying out the action research, carrying out the self-evaluation, participating in the interactive discussion, Cognitive theory, enhance self-control ability, annotate reading books, review and summarize, record teaching reflections, re-prepare lessons after teaching, write teaching notes, writing teaching papers, learning reflections and other 12 strategies.
