北京住总集团订阅北京《支部生活》数量逐年上升。1998年订数在1997年1050册的基础上,净增200余册。订数多源于用得活。近年来,集团党委责成组织部门具体抓学刊用刊工作.在基层总结出许多鲜活的经验。一是把《支部生活》作为基层党组织活动的参考内容。住总集团施工点多,人员分散.集中时间、集中人员开展组织活动困难较多。各基层党支部便以《支部生活》“党课指要”、“工作提示”为指导,参考其他行业的经验和做法,开展丰富多彩的组织活动。二是把“早日站到党旗下”作为培训入党积极分子的必修教材,组织大家认真学习。为了便于使用党刊.住三公司党委还动员117名入党积极分子和预备党员自费订阅了1998年的《支部生活》。三是把知识竞赛作为深化学习党刊的手段,集团党委每年都要拿出一定经费组织《支部生活》知识竞赛,推动学刊用刊。正荣公司、物资部等二级单位也把知识竞赛作为推动学习的有效途径,吸引了许多入党积极分子和青年职工也加
