10月24日,中国银监会联合西藏自治区党委政府在北京召开银行业支持西藏经济社会发展座谈会,银监会主席尚福林出席会议并发表讲话。会议系统回顾和总结了银行业支持西藏经济社会发展取得的经验和成绩,深刻剖析了当前金融援藏面临的问题和困难,并就未来银行业更好地支持西藏经济社会发展提出了新的举措。尚福林充分肯定了银行业在支持西藏经济社会发展过程中付出的努力和取得的成就,并就下一步如何加大支持力度,切实增强西藏经济社会发展后续动力提出了六项举措:一是支持西藏银行业完善机构组织体系;
On October 24, the China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC) and the party committee and government of the Tibet Autonomous Region held a forum on banking support for Tibet’s economic and social development in Beijing. Chairman Shang Fulin of the China Banking Regulatory Commission attended the meeting and delivered a speech. The conference system reviewed and summarized the experience and achievements of the banking industry in supporting Tibet’s economic and social development, profoundly analyzed the current problems and difficulties in financial assistance to Tibet, and proposed new measures to better support the banking industry in economic and social development in Tibet in the future . Shang Fulin fully affirmed the efforts and achievements made by the banking industry in supporting Tibet’s economic and social development and proposed six measures on how to step up support for Tibet in the next step and effectively enhance the follow-up power of Tibet’s economic and social development: First, support was given Tibet banking institutions to improve the organizational structure;
