著名教育家苏霍姆林斯基认为:“真正的学校乃是一个积极思考的王国。”老师就是激发学生思考的重要纽带。那老师用什么方法去激发学生进行思考呢?早在1912年,美国就有学者发现,教师的提问和学生的回答占去了普通学日的80%的时间,课上问答交互活动约占课时的50%左右。可以说,课堂教学的有效性取决于课堂提问的策略。在今天这样一个开放式教学模式下,提问仍然是教师串联教学过程的重要手段,更是激发学生思考的有效途径。有经验的教师往往通过简短、优质的提问,牢牢的栓出学生的注意力,让整堂课程变得高效而有趣。对于新入职的老师目前提问的现状,及如何优化课堂教学提问,引起我的思考。
