为优化路面结构设计方法和提高路面施工质量控制,以路表弯沉和底基层层底拉应力为控制指标,采用蒙特卡罗可靠度计算方法,系统研究基层与底基层模量变异水平对可靠度的影响规律,在此基础上,提出基层与底基层模量施工变异性评价标准。结果表明:基于路表弯沉和层底拉应力的可靠度随着基层与底基层模量变异系数的增加逐渐减小;为同时满足路表弯沉和层底拉应力两项指标均有95%以上的可靠度,需保证基层与底基层施工模量变异系数小于16%。
In order to optimize the design method of pavement structure and improve the quality control of pavement construction, Monte Carlo reliability method was used to control the deflection of the road surface and the bottom tensile stress. The variation of modulus at base and subbase was systematically studied. On the basis of which, it puts forward the evaluation standard of construction variability of modulus of base and base. The results show that the reliability based on the deflection of the road surface and the tensile stress of the bottom layer decreases with the increase of the coefficient of variation of the modulus of the base layer and the bottom layer. In order to satisfy both the deflection of the road surface and the tensile stress of the bottom layer, Above the reliability, it is necessary to ensure that the coefficient of variation of the construction modulus of the grassroots and the subsoil is less than 16%.
