中国船舶行业科技类期刊综合服务平台研究

近两年,期刊由传统出版向数字出版的改革进行得如火如荼。新媒体以迅雷不及掩耳之势迅速蔓延开来,传统期刊业正迎接着一场新的挑战。目前,通过对相关刊物进行文献调研与分析发现,对于新技术环境下的科技期刊的数字化领域的研究集中在个案研究较多、行业研究较少,对于数字出版领域的综合性平台的研究就更少。公共服务平台是技术创新和提高产品质量的重要支撑。平台一般提供了信息服务、研发设计、共性技术推广、标准推广、技术咨询等全方位服务。根据船舶行业科技期刊的自身特点,本文对行业内重点期刊进行分析,最后以船舶类数字出版云平台“中国船舶服务平台”为案例,对服务化的学术性期刊数字出版平台进行了相关应用研究,从而促进期刊数字出版快速、健康地发展。 In the past two years, journals have been in full swing from traditional publishing to digital publishing. The new media has rapidly spread in the form of lightning strikes. The traditional periodical industry is now facing a new challenge. At present, through literature review and analysis of related publications, we find that the research on digitalization of sci-tech periodicals under new technology environment focuses on more case studies and less industry research, and more on the comprehensive platform of digital publishing less. Public service platform is an important support for technological innovation and product quality improvement. Platform generally provides a full range of information services, research and development design, general technical promotion, standard promotion, technical advice. According to the characteristics of the shipping industry’s sci-tech periodicals, this article analyzes the key periodicals in the industry. Finally, taking the ship digital publishing cloud platform and China Shipping Service Platform as examples, we make a comparison between the service periodical periodical digital publication platforms Applied research to promote the rapid and healthy development of periodical digital publishing.
