广东省职工教育研究会于1996年9月13日在广州召开了常务理事会。会议进一步明确了指导思想和主要任务。在新的形势下,职工教育研究会要团结、组织热心职教工作的干部、教师和其他人士积极开展理论研究,指导改革和发展职教工作实践。会议还审议了“九五”职教理论研究课题,注重基础理论研究,建立职教培训科学体系,经济体系、劳动体系,行为体系,心理学体系和发展战略。职教理论研究要紧密结合经济体制改革,“九五”规划对职工教育培训的需要,以适应性研究为重点,多种形式的研究。当
Guangdong Province Staff Education Research Association held a standing council in Guangzhou on September 13, 1996. The meeting further clarified the guiding ideology and major tasks. Under the new situation, workers’ education research institutes should unite and organize cadres, teachers and other people who are enthusiastic about vocational education to actively carry out theoretical research and guide the reform and development of vocational education practice. The meeting also considered the “Nine Five” vocational education theoretical research topics, pay attention to basic theoretical research, the establishment of vocational education science system, economic system, labor system, behavior system, psychology system and development strategy.
