目的探讨胃黏膜pH值对小儿重症肺炎合并胃黏膜损伤的诊断价值。方法选取本院2012年7月~2013年7月收治的68例重症肺炎合并胃黏膜损伤的患儿为研究对象,对患儿的胃黏膜酸碱度进行测定,并对病菌类型以及胃黏膜损伤程度进行检测分析。结果胃液pH值≤4时,胃腔内主要的定植菌包括G+杆菌以及念珠菌,而肺炎发生率为35.3%;当胃液pH值>4时,胃腔内主要定植G-杆菌,肺炎发生率为60.3%,pH>4时肺炎发生率明显较pH值≤4时高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃黏膜的酸碱度对胃腔的定植菌分布具有一定的影响,肺炎发生率在胃液pH值较高时明显较大,故对胃黏膜pH值的检测对于小儿重症肺炎合并胃黏膜损伤具有一定的诊断意义。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of gastric mucosal pH value in the diagnosis of severe pneumonia complicated with gastric mucosal injury in children.
