Year after year, Vientiane was updated. What is the focus of basic education work in our province in 2007? What kind of work is needed to implement the series of policies and plans for the development of education by the provincial party committee and the provincial government? At the beginning of the new year, we have arranged for the provincial party committee’s education and working committee. The secretary of the Department of Education and the Director of the Department of Education of the People’s Republic of China, Comrade Yu Baozhen, and Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Education, Comrade Yang Yong, talked about the two articles of this year’s Basic Education Center. He hoped that it would provide useful reference for all levels of educational administration to determine priorities and formulate work plans.
