企业文化是企业发展的聚力剂,在员工思想上对员工对企业的认同观达到一致,从而实现对企业的认同感,归属感,达到员工与企业的整合,实现企业的更好发展,电力企业的企业文化有其自身的行业特点,在进行企业文化建设时,应充分考虑到行业特点的因素影响,丰富和完善了企业文化功能,激发企业员工的创新意识和创造能力,提高企业的实力。
