基于CFD技术的3300 t多用途船螺旋桨整改分析
针对某3300 t多用途船在试航过程中出现螺旋桨设计不当、机桨不匹配的问题,基于CFD计算的方法对其船体水动力性能进行分析,提出了3项补救措施:修桨、加装整流鳍、加装舵球。改进后的试航结果表明:主机转速提升了近10%,达到其额定转速;船舶航速提升了1.6 kn;艉部振动问题得到明显的改善。

不同约束条件下T型板残余应力及极限强度研究
利用ANSYS Workbench软件通过热-固耦合的方法对T型板结构的焊接过程进行模拟,获得不同应力边界条件下焊接残余应力及变形;然后将残余应力和变形分别添加到力学模型中,同时施加位移载荷研究具有焊接初始缺陷的T型板结构压缩极限强度。结果表明:在焊缝及热影响区存在着较大的拉伸应力,T型面板呈现角变形状态;在分别添加焊接残余应力和变形情况下,T型板极限强度都有下降,焊接残余应力对T型板极限强度的影响较焊接变形影响大。

集装箱船绑扎桥立式总组技术研究
为了解决集装箱船绑扎桥卧式总组占用大量施工场地的问题,以9400 TEU集装箱船为研究对象,提出了绑扎桥立式总组的方案。首先从分段划分、堆场压力等方面对该方案的可行性进行了分析,然后讨论了立式总组技术的具体做法和特点,最后从场地占用情况、变形情况等方面将新型立式总组与卧式总组的成效进行对比。研究结果表明:立式总组技术使总组效率提高了约20%,能减少约80%总组场地的占用,有效提高了大型集装箱船的建造效率。

为了实时监测钢悬链线立管关键位置的运动、应变,对深水钢悬链线立管(SCR)实时监测预警系统进行研究。该系统主要包括数据处理中心的开发及水下传感器的研制,能够在运营期有效评估其疲劳寿命及剩余强度,进而及时预警其运营风险,指导现场操作人员的检测和维修,有助于深水SCR监测预警系统的国产化。
