在数控加工中心机床上,对2Al2铝合金进行单点渐进成形实验.将表面粗糙度作为衡量单点渐进成形时表面质量好坏的重要指标,通过改变加工步长、成形工具头半径、成形角3个工艺参数,采用正交试验法对板料单点渐进成形表面粗糙度进行分析研究.实验结果与分析表明:在单点渐进成形过程中,成形工艺参数对表面质量影响最大的是加工步长,影响最小的是成形角.
On the CNC machining center, 2Al2 aluminum alloy was subjected to single-point incremental forming experiment, and the surface roughness was taken as an important index to measure the surface quality when single-point incremental forming. By changing the processing steps, the forming tool’s head radius, forming angle 3 process parameters, using orthogonal test method to sheet single point progressive forming surface roughness analysis.Experimental results and analysis show that: in the single point incremental forming process, the forming process parameters on the surface quality of the greatest impact is the processing step Long, the least influential is the forming angle.
