党的十六届三中全会即将召开,标志着我国改革开放事业又到了一个新的转折时刻。从1978年党的十一届三中全会提出改革开放到现在,中国的经济体制改革已历时25个年头,从党的十四大和十四届三中全会明确提出建立社会主义市场经济体制也已经过去10年了。也许是巧合,但每一届的三中全会注定都是一个重要的历史时刻,都是一个转折时刻。
The upcoming Third Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee marks a turning point in the reform and opening up of our country. From 1978, when the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party put forward the policy of reform and opening up to the present, China’s economic restructuring has lasted 25 years. From the 14th CPC National Congress and the Third Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee, it has been clearly stated that the establishment of a socialist market economic system Over the past 10 years. It may be a coincidence, but the Third Plenary Session of each session is doomed to be an important historical moment and a turning point.
