据悉,2017年8月,周雪平课题组在国际病毒学领域期刊Journal of Virology上发表了题为“Mimic phosphorylation of a β C1 encoded by TYLCCNB impairs its functions as a viral suppressor of RNA silencing and a symptom determinant”的研究论文。该文章阐释了植物SNF1相关激酶SnRK1通过磷酸化双生病毒卫星DNA编码的β C1抵御双生病毒侵染的分子机制。
It is reported that in August 2017, Xue-Ping Zhou task force in the field of international journal of Virology Journal of Virology published entitled “Mimic phosphorylation of a β C1 encoded by TYLCCNB impairs its functions as a viral suppressor of RNA silencing and a symptom determinant ”Research papers. This article illustrates the molecular mechanism by which plant SNF1-associated kinase SnRK1 protects against geminivirus infection by β C1 encoded by the phosphorylated geminivirus satellite DNA.
