目的评估实施营养改善计划学生的营养与健康状况,为学校调整学生膳食结构,改善学生营养计划提供科学依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法,在全县抽取23所学校4 560人作为监测对象,对身高、体重、缺勤情况、食物供应及营养状况进行分析。结果监测23所学校,食物供应适宜量均未达到50%,学生缺勤率0.36‰,其中因病缺勤率0.22‰,九年一贯制学校缺勤率高于小学、初中学校。6~16岁学生身高、体重与2010年全国学生体质调研资料中农村儿童平均水平比较有升高的趋势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),营养不良率16.85%,超重率8.03%,肥胖率3.38%,男女生超重和营养不良率存在统计学差异。结论剑阁县学生营养健康状况得到一定改善,但情况仍不乐观,学生因病缺勤率高,学校膳食营养搭配不科学,不能满足学生健康成长需要,学生营养不良、超重肥胖发生率高,应采取综合防控措施。
Objective To evaluate the nutrition and health condition of students who implement nutrition improvement plan and provide scientific basis for adjusting the students’ dietary structure and improving nutrition plan. Methods A cluster sampling method was used in this study. A total of 4 560 students from 23 schools in the county were selected as monitoring subjects to analyze height, weight, absenteeism, food supply and nutritional status. Results In the 23 schools monitored, the appropriate food supply did not reach 50% and the absenteeism rate was 0.36 ‰. Among them, the absenteeism rate was 0.22 ‰, and the absenteeism rate of the nine-year regular school was higher than that of the primary and junior high schools. The height and weight of students aged 6 ~ 16 years are higher than the average level of rural children in the 2010 National Student Physical Survey data. The difference is statistically significant (P <0.01), malnutrition rate is 16.85%, overweight rate is 8.03% Obesity rate 3.38%, male and female overweight and malnutrition rates there is a statistically significant difference. Conclusions The health status of students in Jiange County has been improved to a certain extent. However, the situation is still not optimistic. Students with high absenteeism rate and unscientific school nutrition can not meet the needs of students’ healthy growth. Students with malnutrition and high prevalence of overweight and obesity should be taken Comprehensive prevention and control measures.
