焊接技术在口腔矫形中的地位也十分重要,无论在固定修复,活动修复或矫正器中常常需要用焊接的方法进行连接。近年来,随着高熔合金的广泛应用及金属烤瓷修复体的研制成功,采用目前现有焊接方法已不能适应需要,无论在焊接技术上、焊件的牢固等方面都不能满足要求。为此我们与有关单位联合研制了一台微型直流手工钨极氩弧焊机。经过三年的临床使用及其改进,实践证明该机具有操作方便、焊接牢固、广泛适用于高熔合金材料的焊接。

To this end we have jointly developed with a relevant unit of a miniature DC manual TIG welding machine. After three years of clinical use and its improvement, the practice proves that the machine has the advantages of convenient operation and firm welding, and is widely applicable to the welding of high-melting alloy materials.
