已有观察描述了在心脏磁共振成像检查中,肺动脉高压(PH)患者室间隔的右室附着部位出现心肌延迟对比增强(DCE)。本研究的目的是观察该结果的发生率、程度和相关因素。在55例已确诊或疑似不同原因PH的患者中评估室间隔DCE。采用直观观察附着部位增强评分(0～4分)和DCE质量定量方法确定DCE程度。
It has been observed that myocardial contrast enhancement (DCE) occurs in the RV attachment of patients with pulmonary hypertension (PH) in patients undergoing cardiac magnetic resonance imaging. The purpose of this study was to observe the incidence of the results, the degree and related factors. Ventricular septal DCE was assessed in 55 patients who were diagnosed or suspected of having different causes of PH. The degree of DCE was determined by visual observation of the site of attachment enhancement (0 to 4) and DCE mass quantification.
