在实验室内对机耕船船体底板进行了大量的试样磨损模拟试验、并结合田间实船试验和船体底板的磨损情况对底板的磨损机理和它早期破损原因进行了研究。着重试验研究了在滑动—振动(机耕船发动机的外激振动)磨料磨损中的底板材料迁移过程;论证了船体前、后底板不同的磨损形式;还进一步探讨了在滑动—振动磨料磨损中底板材料产生疲劳剥落的可能性。
In the laboratory, a large number of specimen wear simulation tests were carried out on the hull of hull tractor, and the wear mechanism of the bottom plate and the reason of its early damage were studied in combination with the field real-ship test and the hull bottom wear.
