花生四烯酸在体内转化成多种生物活性物质,参与一系列功能调节。近年来在这方面已有大量研究报导,本文仅就影响花生四烯酸代谢的药物和哮喘研究的关系,介绍国外一些研究成果。一、花生四烯酸代谢和哮喘的关系花生四烯酸经两条途径代谢,一是经环氧酶途径生成前列腺素类(PG_s);二是经脂氧酶途径生成白细胞三烯类。脂氧酶主要产物由于结构中有三个相连的双键,并最早从白细胞中分离出来,故命名为白细胞三烯(Leukotriene,LT),其中间产物及终产物分别称为LTA、LTB、LTC和LTD,其合成过程见图1,过敏
Arachidonic acid in the body into a variety of bioactive substances, involved in a series of functional regulation. In recent years, a large number of studies have been reported in this area. In this paper, only the relations between the arachidonic acid metabolism drugs and asthma research are introduced, and some foreign research results are introduced.
