[目的]采用液相色谱法,建立肟草酮的仪器分析方法及在环境样品中的残留检测方法。[方法]使用XTerra~ RP18柱,以乙腈-水(体积比65∶35,含万分之二的磷酸)为流动相,在UV 254.4 nm下外标法定量分析。[结果]采用丙酮为提取剂,用磷酸调节pH值至3,乙酸乙酯萃取的方法,水、土壤和沉积物中平均回收率分别为96.0%~98.2%、85.3%~96.2%、89.1%~91.3%,相对标准偏差为1.0%~8.0%。[结论]该方法分析速度快、灵敏度高、重现性好,适用于肟草酮的环境样品中的快速检测。
[Objective] The purpose of the study was to establish a method for the determination of oxime-ketones using liquid chromatography and to detect the residuals in environmental samples. [Method] With XTerra ~ RP18 column, acetonitrile - water (65:35, phosphoric acid) was used as the mobile phase, and quantitative analysis was carried out by external standard UV at 254.4 nm. [Result] The average recoveries of water, soil and sediment were 96.0% ~ 98.2%, 85.3% ~ 96.2% and 89.1% with acetone as extractant, pH value adjusted to 3 with phosphoric acid and ethyl acetate extract, ~ 91.3%, the relative standard deviation was 1.0% ~ 8.0%. [Conclusion] The method was rapid, sensitive and reproducible. It was suitable for the rapid detection of oxime-ketones in environmental samples.
