哈尔滨市沙曼屯净水厂扩建工程规模为30万m~3/d,总投资3.9亿元人民币.本文在对原水水质、净水工艺流程及设计参数作了简要叙述后,重点介绍了侧向流翼片斜板沉淀池新工艺、净水工艺主体厂房采用的大跨度空心网架新结构、多种国外引进先进设备、μXL集散控制系统及在此基础上开发的净水工艺优化控制技术.该厂的运行实践表明,出水水质完全达到设计标准,设备和控制系统操作简单、运行安全可靠,大幅度地降低了药耗、电耗和自用水消耗.
