近日,一种传染型疾病在岛内流行,引起岛内民众的极大恐慌。 这种以儿童为主要对象的传染病起源于台湾中南部地区,迅速蔓延至全岛。从4月下旬至5月底,共造成50余万人感染,数百人住院治疗,52名儿童因感染病毒而死亡。
Recently, a contagious disease spreads on the island, causing great panic among the people on the island. This kind of infectious disease with children as the main target originated in central south of Taiwan and spread rapidly to the whole island. From late April to the end of May, a total of more than 500,000 people were infected. Hundreds of people were hospitalized and 52 children died of the virus.
