一、问题的提出 1.音像教材的量与质已构成资源 以中央电大十年音像教材建设为例: 电大十年(1979-1989)编制录像课300余门1.38万多学时,录音课130多门约0.64万多学时,涉及理工科、文科、经济管理科和农科等4个高等专科学科21个专业门类。 如果粗略估计编制音像教材所投入的资金:录像课编制费平均每学时400元,扣除旧版重复使用,约1.38万学时,为552万元。若以20%计附加工作费,约为110.4万元。录音课编制费以平均每学时100元和20%的附加工作费计,扣除重版后,约0.64万学时,为76.8万元。再加上140万元左右的空磁带费,几项合计约880万元。
