作者对连续喷布B_9五、六年的砂梨(二官白Nihomiyahakuri)幼树,分析了叶片、果实和新梢内氮、磷、钾、钙、镁和锌、铜、铁、锰等营养元素的含量。结果表明:喷布B_9使叶内锰含量显著下降,这说明锰与植物生长素的代谢有密切关系。但B_9对果实和新梢内锰的水平未见明显或规律性的影响,这可能和生长调节物质参与植物生长素代谢的作用主要在叶内有关。喷布B_9对叶内钾水平的影响不稳定,对其它被测定营养元素的含量无明显的影响。此外,本文对南昌地区砂梨的营养诊断作了初步探索。
The authors analyzed the nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium and zinc, copper, iron, manganese and other nutrients in leaves, fruits and shoots of saplings (Nihomiyahakuri) Elemental content. The results showed that spraying B_9 significantly decreased the content of manganese in the leaves, which indicated that manganese was closely related to the metabolism of auxin. However, there was no obvious or regular effect of B_9 on the level of Mn in fruits and shoots, which may be related to the role of auxin in the auxin metabolism. Spraying B_9 on the leaf potassium level instability, the other was measured the content of nutrients had no significant effect. In addition, this article made a preliminary exploration on nutrition diagnosis of sand pear in Nanchang area.
